Joseph Wilkins Jr. Commit Number 19 for 2018

Joe Wilkins – 6’1″ 175lb 3 Star Wide Receiver from Florida committed to ND over the weekend. Projected as a CB, Wilkins could also play WR. ND really needs CB’s having missed out last recruiting class.

His other offers include Michigan State and NC State.
