Kelly Spring Presser

ND kicks off Spring Football today. Here is the video of the Brian Kelly press conference:

The only thing you need to really know is that OC Chip Long will have total autonomy running the Offense while Kelly will spread his cheer onto all position groups.

Kelly will also attend the early morning strength workouts.
