ND vs Florida State Predictions 2021 – Sunday 7:30 PM ET on ABC

This is a big opening game in a sold out Stadium so the noise level will be very high, The weather looks OK, but it seems when we go South it usually rains which will be bad for ND.

Florida State has been mediocre for the last several seasons, but they come in with an excellent coach Mike Norvell from Memphis, 2 good QB’s and a slew of grad transfers.

Look, FSU always has good players so it will be a tough game for ND, but I look for RB’s Williams and Tyree to be explosive with some long runs and TE Michael Mayer to score 2 TD’s and Kevin Austin to score his first TD.

Defense will make life miserable for FSU.

But if ND starts game at 3 and out and looks sluggish this will be tough going. We can’t allow FSU to hang around and gain confidence or this will be a 4th quarter game that ND doesn’t want.

Score Prediction: Notre Dame 41 FSU 26.
