Notre Dame vs Florida State Predictions

Without Ian Book ND loses basically half its offense. With Wimbush ND was averaging about 24 points. It will be Senior Day and it looks like ND will wear green Jerseys. With bad and cold weather this could all add up to disaster.

Look, Florida State is lousy this year 4-5 but they are loaded, as usual, with 4-5 Star players. You can run against their DL, but make no mistake these guys are big dudes.

What compounds ND rush game is their interior line – center and both guards are under performing. Florida State’s problem is not the players, but the coaching staff – how the hell can they be 4-5?

FSU just quit the last 2 weeks losing to Clemson 59-10 followed by a thumping by NC Stare 47-28. So ND would have also blown them out with a healthy Ian Book. Now we don’t know what we get with Wimbush – he can be awful in the passing game.

This will be closer than expected, but ND edges out the win.
