Notre Dame vs North Carolina Predictions 2021 – 7:30 PM ET NBC

Another hard game after a great win over USC – let’s hope we don’t have a down effect. You can’t against this 4-3 NC team. They do not have a very good Defense, but they more than make up for it in their high powered Offense. QB Sam Howell is as good as it gets in a dual threat QB – the kid can pass and really run.

Their Offense is averaging 35+ points a game so when ND gets into the red zone they have to score TD’s. Hopefully we will see the same Jack Coan and more of Tyler Buchner since NC gives up a lot of rush yardage. You simply cannot relax on this team and you have to shut down their slot receiver Josh Downs.

I thought it was interesting that Brian Kelly said earlier this week that he wanted to see more on defense of Jordan Bothelo and he was going to talk to the defensive coaches about that – it’s about time.

ND has to score at least 40 to win.
