Notre Dame vs Virginia Predictions 2021 – 7:30 PM ET ABC

Virginia comes into this game as the leading offense in the country. They have a QB named Brennan Armstrong at 6’4″ and he is a bigger QB than NC’s Sam Howell, but is just as good.

He usually accounts for 400 yards per game. This offense is 64% passes with usually 5 receivers – so if you cover 4, Armstrong will find the 5th.

Their last game was a 66-49 loss to BYU. BYU got a 3 TD lead, but Armstrong closed Virginia to 42-38 at the half. He injured a rib in the 4th quarter, but I think he’ll attempt to play this game.

UVA’s uptempo passing attack looks like a machine gun is in use.

They will score on ND unless ND can get to the QB. ND needs TD’s for any hope to outscore UVA.

The UVA defense is mediocre at best, but ND needs a lot of TD’s to win this game.
