Pro Draft and Notre Dame

Here are the current Notre Dame players that have been drafted by the NFL:

Probably as expected in the first three rounds:

• Round 1
  • Zack Martin: 16th pick by the Dallas Cowboys(ahead of Johnny Manziel)
• Round 2
  • Stephon Tuitt: 46th pick by Pittsburgh Steelers
  • Troy Niklas: 52nd pick by the Arizona Cardinals
• Round 3
  • Louis Nix: 83rd pick by the Houston Texans
  • Chris Watt: 89th pick by the San Diego Chargers

I am not at all surprised that both Tuitt and Nix dropped – both were just average DL in 2013.

At this point all I’m really interested in is whether any team adds Tommy Rees with a non draft offer.
