This was a tight tight game for the 1st half ending at 6-6 and then the ND Defense virtually crushed Texas A&M.
ND had 356 total yards to A&M’s 246.
Price 47 yard TD run and Love 21 yd TD finished a strong showing against a highly rated Texas A&M defense.

So the big news coming out of ND is that 2 Freshman will start on the Irish OL – LT Anthonie Knapp (54) 6’4″ 291 lbs and LG Sam Pendelton (72) 6’4″ 308 lbs. This is a big deal, but they did beat out older more experience linemen.
I don’t think it will make much difference (barring injuries) for I believe ND will easily handle A&M and score + 30 on them.
It will also be interesting to see how Riley Leonard plays with this offense since he had an injury earlier this year. He said he feels good and is ready to play.
